Surround yourself with a support team of people that you love and trust. Tell them about the venture that you are about to embark upon. You will soon see how important their support is. These people will help you to stay on track, especially when you hit a plateau and want to quit. Who knows, your life changing transformation might even encourage your loved ones to do the same. You need to take before and after photos of yourself in order to see your progress. This will help you to stay motivated. Every day counts. Take a photo of yourself before you begin the 90 day program. Weigh yourself (use the same scale every time). Next, take a measurement of your waist and have your body fat percentage calculated (Online BMI calculator at http://www.cdc.gov/healthyweight/assessing/bmi/). You will repeat this process again at 30 days, 60 days and lastly at 90 days. We cannot stress enough, the importance of recording your progress.
